I've decided to go Sith Empire. I expect my preorder to start on early play the 13th.
Going to start a casual guild - all Sith Empire players are welcome to join. My main character will be a Sith Inquisitor. It will probably be a PvE west coast server, however everyone is welcome to join. Not going to be hardcore raiding or PvP.. just getting together people in the SWR community to play.
Anyone else playing? Have an idea for a guild name?
I'll post when I know which server is available.
(And if someone wants to run a Republic guild, go ahead. I don't expect to play a whole lot of Republic, but would be fun to do, even if we don't have a whole lot of chances to play together)

Bioware - in the KOTOR era, making an MMO. Yep sir. It's really quite polished and well done. Had my first random crash today.. but this was after hours of already playing. And I've spent days beta testing it.

I heard a rumor this game was going 'free to play.' Is the rumor true? And if so, any idea what about the game kept it from success?

It is going to free-to-play, not sure when. The combat just wasn't interesting, it was a repetitive kill-three, repeat. They couldn't hide the grind enough between quests. The class quests were awesome, but there was a lot of in-between planet parts did all the same stuff. So after the first character was fine, the second character tolerable, and it just dragged on and on. No real reason to keep playing. Everyone left, so I did too.

That's too bad. I'm not much for MMOs (cost, mostly), but I never like to see games fail. I had high hopes for this one in particular, MMO or not.

Just sharing little something Xendor put together to test out his own editing skills and see comparisons. This initially was suppose to be a present for the Sith Empire guild of Star Wars. You can check my rain gutter services. you guys are awesome !
