Antimatter regeneration

I've been playing a campaign as the empire and have noticed that Antimatter regeneration seems to set very very low. I did a test and upped the game speed and my ships still barely regenerated antimatter.

 

I'm not sure if this is a bug or if it's just something that I'm missing on how to address this issue.

 

Regardless, Love the mod and all the other you've done. Keep up the great work! :D

They are deliberately slowed, so you have to go back to certain buildings in order for them to regenerate at a higher rate. I think there are reports that some of the buildings are working as intended yet
