Hi just wanted to say hello as a new member here. I stumbled across this site only two days ago as I read the Heir to the Empire series for the first time two weeks ago (yes, yes I know how horrible of me). But anyways it reminded me of a little game I played back when I was still in high school called Rebellion... perhaps some of you have heard of it  This game was the first I purchased with my first paycheck working in a grocery store... memories. I am glad to see a site devoted to this gem of a game and there is modest interest in continuing to improve it. I give a whole hearted lightsaber salute to all who have spent their free time to improving and keeping this game alive. On a similar note, I come as a modder for another classic game released by Microprose in 1999 called Star Trek: Birth of the Federation. I love both franchises equally so no quipping on which is better from me (total nerd here lol). I can fully understand the frustration with modding games as old as these when developers of the time saw no future in customizing games (so narrow-minded). I have plenty of free time atm so I offer my services to any out there who needs help with their mods of Rebellion (i.e. Reloaded team or Rebellion 1.5 peaked my interest). I have plenty of experience in hex edit and I have the full updated version of hex editor Neo. I learned through BotF to read and understand basic ASM programming (although it seems Rebellion doesn't use that). I also have built new models for BotF albeit not very many as my experience with that is still a bit green but I am familiar with Multigen and Blender programs. I have done voiceover work in winrecorder for other member's mods. My main experience come with photoshop in creating new pics and cards to give BotF an updated and fresh feel. Anyways sorry for the long rant but I am obviously excited finding you guys here on this site and I hope to provide any help to keep this game going to its 20 year birthday. May the Force be with you :)

Hey, welcome to the forums! Glad my project got your attention. It basically is a one man project, even if I had some help here and there, but basically, there is no team. It still happens for me to work on my Rebellion 1.5 mod, but not very often. Feel free to modify what I've done when you get access (I'll upload that someday...).
