I'm way stoked for ME3 as well. The first two were some of my favorites, and I'm excited to see the changes to several of the characters.
Elder Scrolls V. Will it be awesome? I hope so. The reboot of Tomb Raider looks sweet as well, but I can't say I've ever played more than the demo of the first one. I'm not a huge follower of the series, but perhaps the changes will change my opinion.
I don't think Deus Ex 3 was at E3, but its a game I'm very, very much looking forward to.
And as a sidenote, Notch was at E3, and has announced a planned mobile version and separate Xbox 360 version of Minecraft, each one built from the ground-up for its new format. I don't particularly care, as I like my PC gaming, but its interesting to see such a game expand into other market segments.

I'm a Mass Effect junkie... I'll probably make the third one my only purchase of the new videogame releases... though I MIGHT go for Skyrim, too... oooooooor I might take advantage of friends with questionable morals and get the game from them. >.>

I played ME 1 and 2 on my 360, but now that the series made it's way to the PS3, I might play it over that. I'm not sure though...
There are three purchases for me this year: Resistance 3 (already pre-ordered), Uncharted 3 and Skyrim. I'm really excited for Skyrim...heck, I still go back to Oblivion every few months. I hope Skyrim is just as awesome.
