You're right. Rouge Squadron is definitely due for a new release. I think the other ones were on Nintendo64 and Gamecube, so maybe now they will release one for the Wii.

Wow... 100 pages of randomness... That's amazing!

I personally didn't care for the Rogue Squadron games. Too many bugs in the system for Rogue Squadron: 3D, and ultimately the plot was so painfully weak I wanted to cry at points.

Add to that my joystick not wanting to let me turn right, and... well, you get the picture.

The Nintendo 64 version was the best simply because the N64's controller was far better adapted for the kind of game than any PC hardware.
Rs 3d was not the best in the series. Rogue Leader was really alot of fun but a bit hard in parts. Rebel Strike was also terribly cool but the foot sequences sucked.

As a bit of randomness, who remembers this lovely song. The choreography in the dancing simply blows my mind.

Ahh, yeah, nice song.

I hated this guy back in the 80s, but now it gives me memories. :)

This one is nice too. And this is from the same era.

No... No! YOU BASTARDS! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

This is going to suck! The only way they can do it right is to follow the book exactly- and if they do that, they'll have one helluva disturbing movie with a rather small fan base!

What they'll probably wind up doing is making some piece of crap watered-down version that Disney would be proud of. *Vomits on the upcoming movie* Ugh. I can't believe the film bastards.

And the worst part is that I'm going to wind up paying good money to go see it next year! Argh!

Yea I think many people would love another Rogue Squadron. But sadly LucasArts has no other plans to work with Factor 5 .. that we know of.

The original Rogue Squadron game out for PC too. Sadly, that is after we all got sucked into the N64 and beat it. The other ones... I've never gotten a GameCube and thus never played them. I would love to see a PC port of those games, but I doubt it would happen now.

Perhaps they would revisit the RS series for a 10th anniversary edition... it would be cool if they revived the the games into a new medium, as others series have done. Tomb Raider: Anniversary anyone?

Hey Tofu, maybe you should spend less time at others' graduation ceremonies (per your own I think I hold the record for... thread), and hyping on Mad (in the WOOHOOO!!!! thread), when you could use that time more efficiently in a spelling class of your own!!

I have no idea; what is a "gradation" party?
2? or did you mean "too"
muc? like in "muck"? Oh, you meant "much"

BEAK'd

Does anyone see the irony in this? (the pot calling the kettle black  )

:P

Factor 5 actually have a TBA game in dev... I hope its a new RS. It would be nice if they adapted it to the EU... Perhaps the Vong would be a nice idea.

Now for some retro

Let me clarify: There were no adults present. I had similar reasons to Mad's for piss-poor spelling.
