400mb..thats massive..the models aint that big tho yup replaced them..i think 'll reinstall SWR and redownload the models

checked..i gave the Bulwark the Star Defender model and it was still the Bulwark in tactical mode

Hardly a newbie but it's the best place for it. I've whacked a few of the models in with res hacker, followed all the instructions and so on but they won't display when I go into the game, all I get are the standard ones. Funny thing is RebEd displays the new ones. I've put models in before and they've worked fine so perhaps 'm missing something blindingly obvious. Also i lost the url to Mask's site, twould be appreciated if someone could post it.

just a bit of a theory on my part but i think the starting ships are determined, partly, by maintenance costs. Though making all ships cost 1 doesn't mean you'll get a hundred ships..there's a limit though of course i may just be completely off my rocker

My take on it: If he'd been able to get a decent landing barge design and produce enough of them, if they hadn't buggered up Dunkirk and stopped bombing the RAAF bases then they could have invaded. But it would have been a damm hard battle, lots of casulties. The pomms woulda put up a damm good fight. There was talk of Stalin having some secret plan to invade Germany around the time of Barbarossa but i've never seen much more of it than a few KGB documents in some doco
