  1. Dude AT-AT, you haven't done anything in like...forever.
  2. Having too many new characters in a single series of games isn't consistent with StarWars. Prequel Trilogy focused around Anakin and Obi-Wan, while, the OT focused on Han, Leia, and Luke. All of the three movies in each trilogy had centric characters, and it seems that if KotOR adapted a whole slew of new characters, then it would play out like an unconnected mess where you don't know what happens to the people from before.
  3. I'm not going to be modding very much for a while. This girl at school (who I like) and I are starting something. Sorry not to post, but I'm in a hurry. Does anyone have a good T3-B model? I'd like to know if anyone does. -SWM EDIT: Dude lol SWM....my post! SWM posted in my post! aagaghh - WC
  4. I didn't really like many of the KotOR2 characters (except the ones returning from KotOR1). They seemed somewhat unbelievable to me. Like they happened to plop in from to your party. In KotOR, you had a reason for having new party members, and each of them came long while you were doing a quest and you needed their help. I really find the K1 characters more human, also. Carth has his crazy problems, and Bastila also has a dynamic charcter. She changes from the beginning as a harsher, demanding person, to a more compassionate and understanding one as she gets to know the player better. In KotOR2, Visas somehow ends up on your ship, Brianna some how ends up on your ship, and whatever, I'm rambling now.
  5. I didn't model them though. I mainly do infantry/hero modeling and prop modeling.
  6. It's not a copy/paste job. Hey and why not try to fix your map editor ? I saw your underwater thing and looks pretty interesting too. And I used Fraps.

  8. Ugh...hero clashes are low on my list because I'll have to go through all the Lightsaber/Melee units and setup animation pairings for each one of the two fighting unit possiblities.
  9. I find modeling pretty easy. I never really thought I had artistic talent before but I started drawing and I'm like "Hey this is really good". If I had a scanner I'd upload this kickass portrait of Bastila I sketched. I can do a human model, it's skeleton, it's textures, and animations in less than a day. I do rush my stuff but I make sure it's pretty good because I want to get AoSW out there soon, and it will have a full release in just over a month from now. (at least according to plan ) Check this if you haven't http://www.petroglyphgames.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=581 Also I rush my stuff because I have so much to keep up with school, and as much as I'd like to help other mods, I can't. And not to sound selfish but I have my own reasons for working on a KotOR mod, and I probably won't spend much time on any mod covering another era. (Now, don't go starting your own KotOR mod thinking I'm going to devote myself completely to it)
