  1. Episode III, Obi-wan versus the new Darth Vader. That was the fight that I had always wanted to see, though the entrance of Maul into the hangar in Ep I was the best entrance of anyone in any of the six movies. I thought duels in Ep V and VI sucked. Of course, like Lucas said, the fights were between a "half-trained boy and half-human cyborg" so they had to be scaled back some. In the prequels, it was supposed to be the Golden Age of the Jedi so they could really cut loose.
  2. Has anyone EVER had a Death Star get created by the AI? I have played this game over and over and over and have never seen one get built.
  3. Ewan MacGregor's transformation into Alec Guiness was without a doubt the best job done in the prequels. Jake/Hayden makes me cringe. Natalie was even bothersome at time (though always hot!). Samuel L. Jackson, however, was great.
  4. What would it take to get to the source code? Money? An act of God? An act of Congress? You would think Lucas and Co. would be thrilled that people want to keep this littel jewel around. I remember playing a game called Pacific War by Gary Grigsby for years and years. Due to the huge cult following, he has made a new game, bigger, better, more detailed, called War In The Pacific. But people keep on playing Pacific War. Its kinda like Harpoon. There have been newer versions made, but I still prefer the original, albeit updated, version the best. Both of these games have benefitted from PLAYERS getting into the source code and making hte games more PLAYABLE.
  5. I'll see what I can do, though it might not be until next week.
  6. I want to play this thing so bad I'm nearly delirious. Despite all of its limitations, I still LOVE to play Rebellion.
  7. Is this thing really happening? Pardon the pessimism but I try not to get overly excited at ideas like this. If, however, you are serious then I have done game testing for Matrix Games and would be willing to help out here too.
  8. Is there a character list. I understand that the character limit is still in place, but since its the Thrawn era what characters will be replaced and which will be added?
  9. Palleon didn't surrender, he negotiated a peace accord which guaranteed the survival of what was left of the Empire. Back to the topic: Is there a list of ship additions and changes? I already know the AI code, production models, and other hard coded aspects are untouchable, but isn't there SOMETHING that can be done about it?
  10. What about a release date? What about game testers? What about ships and characters?
  11. 1) better AI 2) better AI 3) better AI 4) Ability to use fighters independently of starships to conduct hit and fade raids. 5) Better production models
  12. Hell, let's just pay someone to hack it!!!! To the FBI: Just a little joke there fellas. Not really serious DAMN!!!!! Why is Lucas such a tight ass some times. He lightened up on the fan films, it's time to let this go too. After all, does anyone actually make any money off of this game anymore? Hey, maybe if we promise to pay 'em like $10 for every copy we download they'll lighten up.
  13. I am ashamed to admit it but I check the horse races and name corvettes and gunships and other more minor ship types after race horses.
  14. 1) Is it too late to get in on Rebellion Reloaded voices? I coach basketball and am about to do a month of camps. During that time my voice will get all gravelly and deep like a Mon Cal. 2) Is there a time estimate on this? 3) What new features/ships/troops/characters will be added? Is there a list somewhere? 4) Has something been done to improve the AI or will this be for multi-player only? 5) Will this be something we downloaded and install over parts of Rebellion or will this be a stand alone deal? 6) Do you need game testers? I have played this game since its release and absolutely love it. No matter what else I play I always seem to come back to it. 7) When its released will you provide marriage counselors for those of us whose wives (or husbands) think our quest to rule the galaxy is a little beyond wierd? 8 ) Will the production model be changed? IMO the current one is not very challenging for experienced players. 9) What time period will be covered? Will it start, as in the past, with the Rebels based on Yavin or will it go back further? 10) What is being done about the diplomatic aspects of the game? The previous model was pretty basic, crude but effective for the game as it was. However, politics is about give and take. Locals wouldn't join a rebellion against the most powerful force in the galaxy unless they saw some benefit, or were being oppressed to the point that they couldn't take it anymore. Anyhow, just a few critical questions that I have.
