What would it take to get to the source code? Money? An act of God? An act of Congress? You would think Lucas and Co. would be thrilled that people want to keep this littel jewel around. I remember playing a game called Pacific War by Gary Grigsby for years and years. Due to the huge cult following, he has made a new game, bigger, better, more detailed, called War In The Pacific. But people keep on playing Pacific War. Its kinda like Harpoon. There have been newer versions made, but I still prefer the original, albeit updated, version the best. Both of these games have benefitted from PLAYERS getting into the source code and making hte games more PLAYABLE.
