Thats the first thing i checked, both Rebellion / supremacy and rebed are installed fully... Does running Vista have anything to do with it?

Ok finally redusted my copy of supremacy and reinstalled aswell as Rebed, having a slight problem with editting of the cards though, whenever i go to change the names / info i keep getting a error message saying that it cant open the Textstra.dll file Anyone else had this problem and what do i need to do to fix this? Appreciate any help.
