  1. Are events (like Luke going off to Dagobah/getting captured etc.) linked to the character slots or to the character? If they are linked to the slots, is there a way to disable this? I'm working on a New Republic era mod and I'm switching the Empire and Rebellion's characters and such around so the New Republic has Coruscant as the capital and the Empire has wherever. I just don't want to see that all of the sudden some Empire character in Luke's previous slot gets sent off to Dagobah, and then later ends up captured and has the final battle with Luke and Leia on Coruscant. Or one getting captured by Bounty Hunters thinking he's Han. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.
  2. Anyone else have problems with the game crashing right after a battle? It seems after a battle is over and it goes to the overview screen it crashes about 50% of the time. My friend and I just got tired of trying to fight a battle tonight, the game was saved 2 days before the battle, and 3 times in a row right after the battle finished one of us crashed. We're playing TCP/IP if it helps. Any ideas or suggestions on what could be the problem?
  3. I've browsed the forums a little bit but came up with nothing so I'll ask. Has anyone come up with a good way to implement captured ships? I don't recall off the top of my head the Empire using captured ships alot, but I know the Rebellion/New Republic's fleet contained quite a few Star Destroyer captured from the Empire, and I believe the Nebulon-B's the Rebels aquired were built and stolen from Kuat's shipyards. I was thinking of letting both sides build the other's ships, but I wanted to put some kind of limit in place for doing that so the Empire wouldn't build some absurd amount of Mon Cal cruisers while the Rebels rolled Star Destroyer's off an assembly line. Anyone else have ideas/suggestions on this?
